This is an annual report for the Institute for Service Learning at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The report was written with a garden theme, with the design done to match. Stock photos of gardens in various stages of growth were used to illustrate the idea of "planting the seeds" of community service and seeing the growth that results.
